The Titan Impact 440 is made with property maintenance, residential use, and commercial application in mind. This unit can hold a maximum tip size of 0.023 and has a maximum delivery of 0.54 gallons per minute. It is not a cart based sprayer but has a heavy duty handle for comfortability and mobility. The frame is small and compact with the motor taking up the majority of the design.  The motor is a 7/8 HP DC motor and has a maximum psi of 3300. This totals the overall weight of the unit to 35 pounds, which is heavy and inconvenient for mobility.

This model comes with a 50-foot long hose for those harder to reach projects. The user can also purchase an additional hose reel for storing it with the unit itself. Titan has been around for 50 years and has created products that professionals can trust. Most of their models, including this one, come with a 4-year manufacturer defect, lifetime motor guarantee, lifetime drivetrain, and 35 days to return the product if not satisfied.  This model has been praised by us and many others for being extremely reliable, as well as for requiring little to no maintenance.

The Titan Impact 440 Airless Skid Sprayer has powerful performance and is durable for multiple projects. With the permalife cylinder, it never wears out and can handle heavy projects. The cylinder is designed to help clean the system and keeps material consistently moving with each use. With the built-in gun filter, it is a much-needed upgrade from previous Titan models. This filter allows paint to move through the gun more effectively and helps the model avoid continuous build-up.  The major issue we found with the Titan Impact 440 Airless Skid Sprayer is the plastic cover around the motor. It feels cheap and does not provide a solid structure for a durable sprayer.

Overall We'd Say

This is one of our favorite sprayers if you’re a painting contractor. You can spray up to a 100 gallons a week without problems, making it ready for full time use. It costs a little more but is worth the many uses you will get out of it.
